As a small business, we needed a reliable, future-ready network and stronger security, and Doug worked closely with us every step of the way—from planning to implementation. He was fully invested in making sure everything worked perfectly, even following up afterward to fine-tune settings and ensure we were completely satisfied.

Doug assisted us with an emergency issue even after hours, which is above and beyond service that we're happy to recommend to anyone. We've also utilized him to revitalize SSD drives that were giving us issues. Fair pricing and attentive service!
